500g Skinless Chicken Breast (raw weight - cut into 4 strips weighing 125g each)
Season Chicken With: Salt, Onion & Garlic Powder, Smoked Paprika, Black Pepper
60g Crushed Cornflakes (add a dash of the same seasonings used above - not all of this is used, each piece of chicken picked up 6 - 8g)
2 Whisked Eggs (or egg whites)
60g Low Fat Mayonnaise (Callowfit Mayo Style Sauce can be substituted for low fat greek yoghurt for extra protein: mixed with 2 Tsp Ranch Seasoning)
Shredded Lettuce
20g Shredded Mixed Cheddar Cheese (per wrap - Coles
Mexican Style Blend Cheese)
4 Small Tortillas/Wraps: Bfree Low Carb Protein Wraps - can be substituted for Old El Passo Mini Tacos)

Chicken Cooking Times:
Air Fry = 190°C / 375ºF for 15 - 18 Min
Oven Bake = 200°C / 400ºF for 20 - 25 Min
