In this video I am going to stress both devices with the most demanding game to date, Genshin Impact. This will help me see how much of a performance gap there is between the iPad Air 4 and iPad Air 5. Quick reminder, these iPads are indeed running this game at a higher resolution than all smartphones; so results cannot be compared with iPhones or android devices. Just for reference, smartphones are running this game between 650 to 800p while the iPad Air and Pro models are running this game around 1600p. With that being said, I have included real-time FPS during gameplay; testing in 25c ambient temps, and will discuss conclusive results at the end of this video.
