The game follows the protagonist as they venture across three worlds with the help of an Italian pilot called Gino. In these three worlds, the player can come across all sorts of strange and humorous characters and situations, some of them being parodies of the original game's scenarios and characters while some are references to other popular indie titles. Bizarrely, the game centers around the saving of "Undertale 2", however the player is not told what this actually means in universe. Although there are multiple story paths, many of them do not make sense with the player's actions.
