Easy Homemade Salad Dressing Recipe - Being Fat Sucks

What You'll Need -Mixed greens -Carrots -Onions -Red potatoes -Red peppers -Garbanzo beans -Eggs -Tomatoes -Mustard -Vinegar -Chopped garlic -Pinch of salt and pepper -Cayenne pepper -Small amount of oil -Two large bowls -Whisk Directions 1. Place vegetables, fruit, beans and eggs in a large bowl. 2. Whisk together mustard, vinegar, chopped garlic, pinch of salt and pepper, cayenne pepper and small amount of oil in a bowl. 3. Pour dressing sparingly over salad. Health Info Mixed greens: Have Vitamin C. Carrots: Great for eyesight. Onions: Have antioxidants and strengthen immune system. Red potatoes: Have carbs, but not many, and those are fine in moderation. Red peppers: Have vitamin K, which prevents blood clots. Garbanzo beans: Have vitamin B, which is great for muscle tone. Eggs: Source of protein. Tomatoes: Have lycopene, which helps prevent skin wrinkles. Mustard: Is very low in calories. Chopped garlic: Helps prevent cancer. Cayenne pepper: Boosts metabolism.
