Saturn Quake Bonus Level - "The Coliseum"
This map replaces the episode 3 bonus level "The Haunted Halls" for Lobotomy Software's Saturn port of Quake. In this video, I start a new game and warp to the bonus stage using the level select code. The bonus level is unique in that the player and computer only select the combatants in the arena from the roster of Quake enemies. The player must win three matches to be able to exit the stage and depending on the winning monster, the player may have to fight them (particularly a stronger foe such as the Shambler or Vore). I got lucky in this video and didn't have to fight any Vores or Shamblers, so I kept it basic and selected just the Fiend (no range attack and can't leap over the ropes but destroys the Death Knight) and Ogre (closely edges out the Death Knight but can't quite attack the player with the grenades). Round 1 - Death Knight (CPU) vs Fiend (Player) Round 2 - Enforcer (CPU) vs Ogre (Player) Round 3 - Death Knight (CPU) vs Ogre (Player)
