20 MIN FULL BODY WORKOUT || Resistance Band - Moderate - Warmup + Cool down || Take Helm Fitness

Switching things up a bit with this workout, all you need is a resistance band and a yoga mat (I linked a tubed Resistance band like the one I use at the bottom of the description.). This is a great workout for your entire body but I really felt it in my quads and shoulders. They were burning pretty good during a few of the sets! The music is pretty upbeat in this workout! I decided to get some really motivating tunes to help push through this one :) I personally need some Hip Hop and Hype music to make it through a workout! On a side note, I linked the artists in the song list below and their music is SO GOOD. I have been especially obsessed with @OFFICIALWEARETHEGOOD. Check them out! It’s structured in three parts: 00:00 - Warm-Up 05:26 - Main Workout 17:40 - Cooldown Each exercise is 30 seconds for warm up and the main workout, I also added breaks between sets in the main workout so you do get a nice little breather. If you have a hard time keeping up DON’T QUIT! Just slow things down or rest for a moment. If you can only get a couple reps in for each movement that’s totally fine. This is about moving your body and starting where you are at in your fitness. I would rather you go slower and correct than bust out a lot of reps.
