Concerto for Flute and Orchestra (Film Preview)
This concert for Flute and Orchestra - composed and performed on my Home Sound Studio in Erlangen, Germany - accompanies our initial steps on the way from the Pandemic to the new life. Movement - Heiter ausgelassen - Joyful, exuberant 07:55 3. Movement - Sinnlich bewegt - Sensitive, agitated 15:22 4. Movement - Fließend, bewegt - In the flow The first movement starts cautiously. Exuberant joy spreads in the second movement. In the third movement the flute soars into a frivolous run, eyes watching the sky. The fourth movement flows in three-quarter time. It's optimistic but doesn't end up in a triumphal procession. Instead, it poses a timid question mark: How will life go on now ? The video shows many pictures from Austria, which is so close to my heart and still so far away due to travel restrictions.
