NieR: Automata - Easy way to get Mysterious Lithograph 4 & Lunar Tear in the desert

Using 9S's h4x are far less stressful way to go about getting them. I didn't/couldn't press O on the Lunar Tear since I'd already done it on the 2B Playthrough previously. Oh, and dat funny drop down in the cave glitch tho
