Rode VideoMic GO on Nikon Zfc problems!

I have the Rode VideoMic GO and for some reason, I can't get it to work. I have tried about everything I know and still not working on the Rode VideoMic GO. Not an issue with the Nikon D800 and I have not tried the Rode VideoMic GO on the Nikon Z7II.
