The Cake Decorator - Angry Bird Cake

Before settling in Eastbourne, Chris Zammit represented Malta in various cities such as Rapid Falls in Michigan, and Moscow. He has won awards at the Salon Culinaire International des Londres -- better known as Hotelympia -- as well as being awarded Gold in the Fat Sculpture category for three consecutive years. In this short documentary Chris talks about his career progression as a cake decorator while showing a hands-on process in cake decoration. Starting from rough pencil on paper sketches to a finished edible piece of art, the video gives the viewer a close up on the artist's precise skill and attention to detail.
