Itazzo E-Processor Recipe: Tiramisu 提拉米苏

Tiramisu Ingredients: Mascarpone Cheese (Precooling)-125 gm, Vegetable Cream (Precooling)-250 gm, Ladyfinger Biscuit-4 pcs, Coffee with sugar-200 ml, Coco Powder-Some Methods: 1. Put the vegetable cream in the e-Processor, set at speed 1 and blend until fluffy. 2. Add the mascarpone cheese, continue to blend at speed 1 till homogeneous. Set aside for use. 3. Break each ladyfinger into four small pieces, dip the ladyfinger biscuit in the coffee and place it in a glass, make into a layer. 4. After the first layer of ladyfinger biscuit, add the vegetable cream. Then add another layer of ladyfinger biscuit and vegetable cream. 5. Refrigerate for 2 hours. 6. Sprinkle some coco powder before serving. * Please use Dry Grinder Jug 提拉米苏 材料:马斯卡普尼干酪 (预冷)-125gm 、淡奶油 (预冷)-250 gm 、法式手指饼干-4 条 、有糖黑咖啡 (冲水)-200 ml、可可粉-少许 做法: 1. 将淡奶油放入养生调理机,设定1号搅拌至发。 2. 再将马斯卡普尼干酪放入养生调理机,设定1号一起搅拌至均匀后即可取出。 3. 将每条法式手指饼干折断成4小块,沾上有糖黑咖啡,然后放入杯里。 4. 放了一层法式手指饼干后便把搅拌好的淡奶油放入杯里,再放一层饼干和淡奶油即可。 5. 冷凍2小时。 6. 食用前,撒上一层可可粉即可食用。 *请使用干磨杯
