Platter Disk vs SSD Boot Times (Windows 7)

We took a brand new Windows 7 machine with a standard Seagate Barracuda 7200rpm Platter disk and allowed it to boot to the desktop, then started The GIMP Graphics Editor. Then we swapped the platter disk for an OCZ Vertex 2 SSD drive and did the same test.
