The differences are in the price, MTK chipset, RAM & ROM size, and what Android version they use. Here a list: IOCEAN X7 MTK6589 1.2Ghz 1GB RAM/4GB ROM Android 4.2 (Released in 2013) IOCEAN X7 Youth/Turbo MTK6589T 1.5Ghz 1GB RAM/4GB ROM Android 4.2 (Released in 2013) IOCEAN X7 Elite MTK6589T 1.5Ghz 2GB RAM/32GB ROM Android 4.2 (Released in 2013) IOCEAN X7 HD MTK6582 1.3Ghz 1GB RAM/8GB ROM Android 4.4 (Released in 2014) IOCEAN X7S-T MTK6592 1.7Ghz 2GB RAM/16GB ROM Android 4.4 (Released in 2014 - costs 50 USD more than the X7 HD version) I would not recommend anyone to pick the MTK6589/MTK6589T chipsets anymore as they are outdated and had batterydrain bugs and bad GPS. They are now replaced with the newer and better MTK6582/MTK6592 (though 6582 is a lower number than 6589, it is still newer).
