Speedrun of Ultraman: Hikari No Kyojin Densetsu - Battle Mode Normal% - 13:57 for Sega Saturn. Pretty janky fighting game that feels like a slightly better version of the SNES games. While all the characters have pros and cons, Ultra Seven's ground dash helps to keep the CPU in a loop for the most part. This can still go faster with some better hits and less damage. Played using Mednafen 1.21.3 and a Dualsense controller.
