Wolfenstein The New Colossus game freeze for no reason

this is during the begining of the manhattan mission for some reason the game freezes after playing 20-30 seconds of it. the only way to close it is through the Task Manager. also for some reason Nvidia ShadowPlay doesnt record the game footage but take the audio cues.
