It adds a more vivid character to the game without completley removing the dense atmosphere of the Vanilla skyrim. It gives more vibrant colors and effects along with more realistical lighting, shadows and weathers. The actual version covers up all Vanilla Weathers inclusive ALL Climate of Tamriel Weathers!
