Well, I lucked out on "Salvatore's Called a Meeting!" This is a Pedestrians attack you with weapons playthrough of GTA III, I must input these 2 following cheats: Pedestrians armed with weapons, and Pedestrians attack you. Instead of pedestrians attacking each other, they're mainly going to attack me.
