Apple Harvest - Picking into Store

Here we have the second part of the saga, and we see the apples being unloaded and placed in stacks of boxes for transfer later to the cold store, seen last. The apples are stored at an atmosphere enriched by2.5% CO2 and can be kept until June. Thanks to Mr. Florissen for his kindness and help (and patience!). Pears are also stored but I'm not sure of the details. Filmed in The Netherlands
