Fox. So if I'm playing as any of the good guys like the Vigilantes or Drifters after choosing Pacific Harbor in California, I choose Agent R. Chase taking on Dallas 13, Lord Clyde, or Boogie; John Torque taking on Molo, Sheila taking on either Nina Loco or Molo, Convoy taking on Dallas 13, Lord Clyde, or Boogie; anything you can do in Vigilante 8: 2nd Offense.
