Kiko the Kangaroo: Kiko At The Bat (aka Play Ball) 8mm
In 1943, Castle Films released a series of 11 cartoons starring Kiko the Kangaroo and it was available for both 8mm and 16mm silent and 16mm sound editions. The series went out of print in 1947 and then later appeared on TV as part of the "Barker Bill Cartoon Show", a 15-minute show ran on CBS every Wednesday and Friday afternoons, one of the first animated TV series for Terrytoons. The series ran from 1953 until 1955. The next cartoon for this set was "Kiko At The Bat". It was originally released in 1937 as "Play Ball", and then distributed in 1944 by Castle Films.
