Print Quality Solution, Conveyor Belt Repair, Paper Story Time
What a great week in the print shop. I am not getting much sleep due to my kids, but I am getting a lot done in the print shop. First I hang out with my daughter for the morning while I print envelopes. I really enjoy teaching. Then I discovered the conveyor belt on my Challenge CMT 330 three knife trimmer stopped working. I suspected the motor was bad, but quickly found that a wire was broken and could easily be repaired. Next I had problems obtaining a high quality print on some new uncoated label stock. Took a few tries but found that increasing the second transfer pressure solved the problem and we were off to the races printing labels! Thanks for watching and have a great week!
