C# for Beginners - Part 17.2 - C# Classes Tutorial (Part 2)
Mobile apps, 2D and 3D games, web applications and more can be developed rapidly using C#. C# is a very powerful and flexible .NET programming language. This video serves as the second part of this tutorial on C# classes (which will be comprised of five videos). In this video we start to develop a CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) application. This video demonstrates the creation of a class developed for the purpose of encapsulating an employee record. The creation of a parameterised constructor and a parameterless constructor is demonstrated. The use of the 'this' keyword is implemented to ensure that the parameterless constructor is called before the parameterised constructor during the instantiation of an object. The implementation of public properties (both readonly and read/write) and a public method is also demonstrated. The use of a static private member variable is demonstrated. The encapsulation of private member variables in public properties is demonstrated.
