Apple Macbook Pro 2016 with Touch Bar Blinking Issue (hardware bug?)

Review Macbook Pro 2016 13'' 512GB. Unknow bug with touch bar is blinks and then turn off, no light. Maybe Hardware bug, apple support team can't fix it by remote screen. Return and get new macbook without touch bar.
