WHY THE WOLF WAS DENIED DIAMOND - League of Legends End of Season Patch 10.23

I was trying to make that final push for diamond at the end of Patch 10.22 before the ranked season for 2020 ended, but Riot decided it would be even better if I didn't actually t it in the end.
