Start up at the Patrol Point and make your way The Blast It is quite a long ride. Go right at the Patrol point on earth and follow the video. It is the same way you would take for the strike. Once you're at The Blast, go straight ahead to the turn left and walk down to the small building. The Wolf Enforcer should be one of the first enemies you see. He has a yellow health bar. With a well leveled character and a shotgun you should be able to kill him in no time.
