The footage was recorded using Xbox Game Bar, probably should've used OBS, but I didn't bother installing it. This combo reaches 20 FPS most of the time, dipping below 20 FPS throughout the video. Without recording software, the game would reach mid 20 FPS most of the time, always keeping above 20 FPS, even reaching 30 FPS averages in certain outdoor sections. Your mileage may vary with this combo, as I have gone through the trouble to tune the BIOS, OS, CPU, GPU, and RAM to squeeze every ounce of performance out of this pile of garbage.
