Plotting Principal Coordinate axis 1 vs another variable with ggplot2 (CC087)

In this episode of Code Club, Pat will generate a figure comparing position on the 1st principal coordinate axis against the inverse Simpson diversity index. Pat will use RStudio and functions from the #ggplot2 R package including #geom_point and other packages from the tidyverse.
