The 4th International Summit of the Book- Session 2
Bibliotheca Alexandrina organized a conference entitled “The 4th International Summit of the Book”. The International Summit of the Book is an annual global meeting that was launched by the Library of Congress in 2012 to discuss the book in all its dimensions. Every year the International Summit of the Book is held in one of the cities that has a global cultural impact; namely Washington, Singapore, Paris in the years 2012, 2013, and 2014 respectively. This important cultural event is held for the first time in Africa and the Arab world. The conference lasted for Two days from 6 & 7 November 2015 The session Entitled “Books & Cultural Exchange” and Chairperson: Dr. Sohir Elshami, Professor, French Department, University of Alexandria, Egypt
