Serious Sam 4: Map 13 - Anathema Unto God (Serious 100%, Deathless)
This map definitely has the most annoying platforming secrets. Getting the secret drone is downright sadistic and is based purely on RNG, regardless of how good you are at platforming the jumps required are nearly impossible. Also the secret rage power up before the second side objective is terrible. The ledge pushes you off all the time and landing in the window is super difficult due to the lack of air mobility. It's a good map combat wise and you get the Death Ray mod for the Laser gun which upgrades it to a super weapon but I actually hate the secrets in this map so much that it detracts from the rest of the experience for me.
