A city-to-city capacity building webinar is an initiative organised within the EU funded mySMARTLife project. As a part of the project, three European Lighthouse Cities (Nantes, Hamburg, Helsinki) and three Follower Cities (Bydgoszcz, Rijeka, Palencia) share their expertise on the smart, sustainable urban transformation. The aim is to help the stakeholers build their capacities to set up their own urban transformation strategies.
