iPad Air 2 Battery is Not Charging when i connect the iPad to Computer via USB cable. First showing charged icon and then get into the homescreen, where i found 'Not Charging' message near the battery icon. Reason: Why iPad Not Charging when connected to PC: Actually, the problem is not with iPad, but with the USB port, which is not supplying enough power to charge the iPad. The ports built into most desktops, laptops, and even powered USB hubs don't generate the 10 watts necessary to charge an iPad's battery, which is why the ‘Not Charging' message appears over the battery indicator.
