Indonesia rocked by 6.0 magnitude quake
Indonesia rocked by 6.0-magnitude quake. The strong temblor hit Indonesia's Sunda Strait on Tuesday, April 5. Centered 93 kilometers southeast of Ujungkulon in Banten province, it was the second powerful quake to strike in two days and could be felt as far away as West Java province and the nation's capital, Jakarta. There were fortunately no immediate reports of damage or injuries, and no tsunami warnings were issued. We are relieved to know of the safety of the Indonesian people and pray that Earth's stability may soon be ensured as humanity treads more gently on the planet.
