Mass Effect 2 (PC) - Insanity Difficulty (Infiltrator) - Big Game Hunter Achievement Killing the Thresher Maw in 1:06 with the M-920 Cain "Nuke Launcher" and the M-98 Widow Anti-Material Rifle. The Thresher Maw is fought during Grunt's loyalty mission on Tuchanka and is quite easy to beat by using cover properly. Don't hide behind the breakable pillars. Instead, hide behind the pillars shown in this video and you should be able to easily kill the Thresher Maw on Insanity Difficulty without getting hit.
