Parliament asks Rugunda to explain police failure to contain protesting Kayihura supporters
Members of Parliament have asked for an explanation on the demonstrations by purported supporters of the Inspector General of Police at Makindye Magistrates court in Kampala today and outside Parliament on Tuesday. They asked the Prime Minister Dr. Ruhakana Rugunda during his fortnightly Question Time to explain why police did not block these demonstrations in the same way they have quelled protests by opposition supporters.
