Indoor Cycling [Triathlon Turbo Training]
Sweat and grind! Sure it's exhilarating riding outside, but for performance, some sessions are more effective when done on the turbo. Especially high intensity power intervals, which are hard to simulate outside where hill repeats would allow too much free spinning. A good staple set is - 30 x (1min heaviest gear HARD + 1min easy).
