Barre-ish Bootcamp 6/15/2020
This workout begins with a warm up that has a lot of upper body stabilization in it, then we move into a balance and strength section, a cardio section and then we finish with core and flexibility. I use a 12 lb. Body Bar but you can also use small dumbbells, any weighted bar, a broomstick or absolutely nothing at all. You'll get a great workout either way!
