This video is the third part in a series of videos that will cover the fundamentals of a horizontal stabilizer T-Tail Design. The video is meant to provide useful solidworks tools and functionality and not so much intended to finish the tail design. In this series we explore in-context modelling to create an arbitrary rib using surface features. Just to be clear, the horizontal stabilizer is typically composed of multiple ribs. This video only shows how to make one rib, but the process is the same for all. Furthermore, please remember to think about manufacturing the airfoil, spars, and ribs, when considering the design.
