Нам понадобится: 1. Творог - 400г 2. Желатин - 10г 3. Мёд - 3 ст. л. 5. Вода - 30мл - Замачиваем желатин в воде на 30 минут. - В творог добавляем 3 ст. л. мёда. - Через 30 минут желатин растапливаем в микроволновке 2 раза по 20 секунд и выливаем его в творог, добавляем 30мл воды, перемешиваем. - Выливаем творожную массу в форму, и отправляем в холодильник до полного застывания (у меня десерт стоял в холодильнике 4 часа).
