?CoD Black Ops 4?Better after changing my DNS ? (makes no sense)

I had a correct launch day, then a terrible laggy one. Third one was half good and half crap after trying to optimize my PC even more ... Became horrible in the evening ... Peak hour server issues ? -- My PC can handle the game on MAX settings, but some weird bugs and stuttering are forcing me to play with everything on LOW and fps cap at 90 (which did not even work on that round for some reason) Watch live at https://www.twitch.tv/asfodhell
