Chocolate Banana Smoothie and Boiled Eggs Frozen Banana(one and a half Bananas per serving) 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder 1/3 rd cup Milk 1/4 th Teaspoon Vanilla Essence. Toppings Banana Slices,Muesli, Dark Choco chips and Peanut Butter 2. Masala Dosa Aloo Palya Oil, Mustard seeds, Chopped Ginger, Chopped Onion, Green Chilies, Curry leaves, Mashed Potato (3 potatoes) Turmeric Powder, Salt , Coriander Leaves , Chutney Roasted Peanuts, Garlic (3 to 4 cloves) 1 green chillies, 3 - 4 tablespoons of Grated Coconut, Salt, Water. 3. Boiled Egg Sandwiches 4 boiled Eggs, 2 tablespoons Mayonese, Salt, Black pepper powder, Oregano, Chopped Onion, Chopped Coriander Leaves, Green Chilies, Bread and Butter. 4. Bhurji Pav Oil Chopped Onion, Ginger, Chopped Tomato, salt, Turmeric , Coriander , Cumin, Red chili & Garam Masala Powder 4 Eggs, Coriander Leaves, Ladi Pav, 5.
