Will it Boot? Mystery 486 with Intel i486 DX2 - Did I rescue this tower?

The mystery of the 486 Tower continues! Starting with a 3 beep and 8 beep American Megatrends concern, watch me troubleshoot this dirty rescue and see if I manage to revive it! Oddly, the other i486 DX chip I have is slower and the pins are MANGLED. But, maybe in a future video, after much patient bending, I can have this running on 2 processors of the era.
