EATING OUT ON A KETO DIET | LIVERPOOL VLOG 30 Days Vegan Keto Before and After Results | I tried vegan keto: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uwaF0ijvgHs Ok so my names Imogen, I’m 26 and I wanted to see what vegan keto would do to my body. I've done a lot of research on vegan keto but it's one thing researching the internet for how it affects your body and another thing actually trying vegan keto for yourself! Eating out on a keto diet is what was worrying me because BOY do I love my food!! I'm not going to lie eating out on keto isn't easy especially if you do vegan keto! Eating out on a keto diet is something you need to prep for, we went to Liverpool for the weekend and decided to research a Japanese place. They did tofu without a sauce and pickles so we just made sure to opt for no sugar sauce and have it plain. The Japanese restaurant was called Etsu. For lunch we went to a really cute place called Love Thy Neighbour which did AMAZING crispy kale. When eating out on a keto diet obviously you're not going to be able to track calories so we just made sure that when we ate snacks or things we picked from home those things had virtually no carbs in. When you're out with friends the last thing you want to be doing is counting calories too so just enjoy it! I wanted to do the 30 day keto challenge and see how it would affect my endometriosis, my overall health and see if it really makes you lose weight. Bit of a background story I have endometriosis which is a condition that affects my daily life. I will have it forever and there isn’t a cure, although many people say diet can help you considerably, especially, the keto diet…I’m 11 stone 8lbs. Although I’m primarily doing this for health reasons I’m intrigued to see if I lose weight on this diet like everyone claims. So, here goes. How does vegan keto differ from normal keto? I tried vegan keto for a month to see what it would do to my body! No carbs no sugar for a month. Mainly to see what would happen to my health. I suffer from endometriosis and have done some research on which diets are best for endometriosis. I tried the 30 day keto challenge to see what 30 day keto results I would have.
