MSI GTX 1060- The Witcher 2 1440p- 60fps- i5 6500

Specs: MSI GTX 1060 Gaming (non X-ed.) 6G Intel core i5 6500 7200 rpm HDD MOBO b150-hd3 8 DDR4 ram Max settings (no ubersampling) at 1440p. 60fps almost all the time, a sudden dip to 40~ for less than a second, not sure what, I'm gonna test more.
