Final Fantasy IV (SNES) - Lunar Subterrane - Plague Horror
As you explore the Lunar Subterrane, you’ll find a weapon called the White Spear, but as you’re about to take it, you’ll have to have a duel with a Plague Horror first. The Plague horror will cast the haste and slow spells randomly on your fighters to affect their speed for their next turn. The Plague Horror won’t perform any direct attacks in physical or spell form, but if it uses a countdown spell, your fighters will be given a timer that will make them faint if the countdown reaches zero. You’ll have to cast a stoppage spell to nullify the countdown. After the battle, you’ll receive the White Spear.
