Bachelor's Pad (Modern Bungalow)

A few years back, I was asked by a childhood friend, who is now a businessman, for me to design him his dream house which will also serve as his very own pad. This 84m² bungalow was constructed on the north-western corner of his 500m² lot, which allows a future family home to be built in the same lot as well. The project features a long driveway that can accommodate his delivery vehicles, a spacious lawn, and a roof deck where he normally entertain his guests.
