Sergey Pavlovich Kulik, PhD, Professor, Scientific Director of the Center for Quantum Technologies at Lomonosov Moscow State University, Director General of the Center for the Development of Quantum Technologies. The lecture will describe the basic physical principles underlying the high-tech industry of Quantum Communications, formulate problems and ways to solve them – how on the physical as well as on the hardware level. The main focus will be on domestic developments and industry development trends.
