Green Onions Drum Cover - Booker T. and the MG's *100 Sub Milestone Appreciation at end of video!!*

I'll be honest, I've been in a bit of a rut on the channel for the past couple of weeks. I was running out of ideas and songs I wanted to cover. So I stepped away and focused on some of my new group music projects which I'm super excited about. However I was blown away a couple of days ago when I looked at the channel and saw that my subscriber count broke the 100 mark. It may not seem like much in the grand scheme of things for YouTube, but for someone like me who has been doing this on the side and can only make content when my work/living situation allows for it, it means the world. I can't thank you guys enough! This certainly lit a fire for me and I want to up my game for content and uploads going forward! I've thought of doing this cover for a while but had to come up with something to spice it up, while the song is incredible and an important part of music history, the drummer is not the most exciting to watch. Fun as hell to play, but I wanted to experiment with the visual presentation. Apple added some cool new clip filters in their latest update to iMovie. I fell in love with these variations of a comic book/cartoon look. I hope you guys enjoy! Gear Breakdown: Drums - Ludwig Classic Maple teal sparkle FAB configuration 22x14BD, 13x9RT, 16x16FT. 14x6.5 Ludwig LM402 supraphonic snare Cymbals - Paiste Signature series 15" Dark Energy hats, 18" full crash, 19" full crash, 22" full ride Hardware - Ludwig Atlas Classic series cymbal stands, Atlas rail mount and tom holder, Atlas pro single bass drum pedal w/hard felt beater. Microphones - All Shure mics!
