Wilson Pickett - Baby Don't You Weep Rare and brilliant 45 of the cover version Wilson Pickett did of the Fred Bridges song, 'Baby Don't You Weep' usually thought to be LP only but, as you can see here, did get a 45 release on the back of 'If You Need Me' in Germay... [it also got a similar Portugese release, which I've never even seen]. The cover came later than the record, for which I want to thank Ted Couldstone and urge you to watch his brilliant channel [MAKEWAYDJ] and also his wife's: LINDA POPCORN! Two cracking people there! There is also another version by Luther Ingram, that remained unreleased in the vaults until Ady Croasdell from Kent Records got his hands on it a few years ago... look it up as it's also good, though very different. This however, especially now I've finally tracked it down is the one for me... enjoy!
