SKYRIM: Building the Turtle - Remastered

THE TURTLE is a build based on high defense, high health regeneration, and quick deadly strikes with a dagger. I came up with the original build after fighting a Thalmor soldier who used the shield/dagger combo and thought it was a cool pairing.
