stuff like this is why I question DE's direction

DE made it so random enemies get 'marked' if you use noise arrows with Ivara. They will show as unalerted on the map (empty triangle) they will walk around like they are unalerted, but killing them removes your stealth xp bonus. Why? Because it's 0.0001% better than killing them one by one so it's too 'overpowered' to be allowed.
